The Inertial systems produced by Flyconpower srl  differ from others on the market due to two technical design features:

  1. The use of a conical element as a "transmission shaft" of the rotary motion impressed on the flywheel 
  2. The possibility of increasing or decreasing the "inertial load" by adding or subtracting micro / masses on the flywheel (from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 12) 

The addition or decrease of the masses on the flywheel increases or decreases its ability to generate kinetic energy

The CONE allows to vary the difficulty in the crucial deceleration / acceleration phase of the flywheel system

This phase is the one in which a high or low eccentric load can be obtained depending on both the setting on the machine and the technique and dynamics of the exercise.

The same exercise can be carried out thus obtaining these results:

  • High dynamics and High eccentric phase (Rope return in positions 1 and 2 with Maximum Inertial Load 8-9-10-12) 
  • High dynamics and Low eccentric phase (Rope return in positions 1 and 2 with Minimum Inertial Load 2-3-4-6) 
  • Low dynamics and High eccentric phase (String return in positions 3 and 3 with Maximum Inertial Load 8-9-10-12) 
  • Low dynamics and Low eccentric phase (String return in positions 3 and 3 with Minimum Inertial Load 2-3-4-6)
